The duplex garage comprises a top plate (110), which forms the top of the duplex garage; a bottom plate (120), which forms the bottom of the duplex garage and is provided with bottom parking spaces; at least one intermediate plate (130), which is arranged between the top plate (110) and the bottom plate (120) and is provided with intermediate parking spaces; supporting columns (140), which are arranged between the bottom plate (120) and the top plate (110) and used for supporting the top plate (110) and the intermediate plate (130); an outer wall (150), which is arranged between the top plate (110) and the bottom plate (120) and at least partially encloses the intermediate plate (130), wherein hollowed-out areas (170) are formed between the intermediate plate (130) and the outer wall (150), and/or hollowed-out areas (170) are formed on the intermediate plate (130); and supporting beams (161, 162), which are at least partially connected to the supporting columns (140) and penetrate at least one of the hollowed-out areas (170).
