A motor or non-motor vehicle garage (100), comprising an upper-layer plate (110), which forms the top of the motor or non-motor vehicle garage (100); a lower-layer plate (120), which forms the bottom of the motor or non-motor vehicle garage (100) and is provided with lower-layer parking spaces; at least one middle-layer plate (130), which is arranged between the upper-layer plate (110) and the lower-layer plate (120) and provided with middle-layer parking spaces; an enclosing wall (150), which at least partially encloses the middle-layer plate (130) and is arranged between the upper-layer plate (110) and the lower-layer plate (120), wherein hollowed-out areas are formed between the middle-layer plate (130) and the enclosing wall (150), and/or hollowed-out areas are formed on the middle-layer plate (130); and a horizontal beam (190), which is at least partially arranged on a side wall of the enclosing wall (150) and/or a waist portion between the upper-layer plate (110) and the lower-layer plate (120). Further provided is a building.
