Abstract:
A dust-proof and contaminant-removing lithium battery cathode material mixing apparatus, comprising a tank (11) and an upper cover (5). The tank (11) is configured as a hollow cylinder, and an internal portion thereof is configured as a mixing chamber (3). The upper cover (5) is provided with an auxiliary feed pipe (2) and a filter device (4). The filter device (4) is an assembly of an exhaust pipe (13) and a filter canister (16). A side wall of a top portion of the tank (11) is provided with a feed device (1). The feed device (1) is an assembly of a feed pipe (2), a feed auger (19), a feed motor (21), and a storage tank (22). The mixing chamber (3) is internally provided with a material conveying device (12), a contaminant-removing device (7), and a mixing device (8). The material conveying device (12) is an assembly of a material conveying motor (23), a rotating shaft (24), and a material conveying panel (25). A surface of the material conveying panel (25) is provided with a scraper (6). The contaminant-removing device (7) consists of a plurality of concentric electromagnetic rings (29). A side wall of a bottom portion of the tank (11) is provided with a material discharge pipe (10). A bottom portion of the tank (11) is provided with a support (9).
