Abstract:
Disclosed are a DVR and a method for reproducing images thereby. The DVR of the present invention can divide a region to be monitored into a plurality of zones, reproduce images recorded by a plurality of cameras, and selectively reproduce images recorded according to the moving path based on an image tracking algorithm for an object selected by a user. To this end, the object being tracked, which is in the images recorded by cameras that are logically connected to the camera having the relevant image file, is searched and tracked again when the tracking for one image file ends.
