Abstract:
Disclosed is a dyeing method for polyester/cationic dyeable polyester/nylon/spandex fabric, comprising: (1) soaking the fabric in a first dye liquor, adding therein acid to adjust to a pH value of 4.0 to 5.5 and treating at a temperature of 120 to 135 DEG C for 20 to 60 min; (2) subjecting the fabric to hot water washing, reduction washing and acid neutralization successively; (3) soaking the fabric in a second dye liquor, adding acid to adjust to a pH value of 4.0 to 6.0 and treating at a temperature of 110 to 120 DEG C for 30 to 60 min; (4) subjecting the fabric in a third dye liquor, adding acid to adjust to a pH value of 4.0 to 7.0 and treating at a temperature of 90 to 105 DEG C for 20 to 60 min; (4) subjecting the fabric to room-temperature washing, discharging the liquid and carrying out acidic dye fixation. The dyeing method is stable and easy to control. The dyed fabric has no dyeing defects such as colored flowers, patches and the like, with high color fastness and good quality.
