An early warning and alarm method for vacuum degree, particularly an early warning and alarm method for vacuum degree of liquid hydrogen transportation equipment. Firstly, a correlation model between the internal pressure and the storage and transportation time of a tank under different jacket vacuum degrees is constructed; a current internal pressure change value of the tank is acquired; and finally, the acquired internal pressure change value of the tank is input into the correlation model, so as to acquire a vacuum degree which is about to exceed the range of a safety valve value, and give out an early warning at the same time, or to acquire a vacuum degree exceeding the range of the safety valve value, and give an alarm to a transportation system exceeding the safety valve value. The method has the characteristics of convenient and fast monitoring, high sensitivity and good effect. By means of the vacuum early warning method, change of the vacuum degree of a heat insulation layer can be measured in real time so as to ensure a good heat insulation effect, thereby greatly reducing the risk of vacuum failure during the transportation process of liquid hydrogen.
