The present invention relates to a draft beer dispensing system and comprises: a draft beer keg (130) in which a draft beer is stored; a carbon dioxide gas tank (120) configured to supply a carbon dioxide gas to the draft beer keg (130); a rapid cooling device (110) connected to the draft beer keg (130) through a draft beer supply tube (149) and rapidly cooling the draft beer supplied through the draft beer supply tube (149); a cleaning helper (200) provided between the draft beer keg (130) and the draft beer supply tube (149) and operated such that the draft beer, cleaning water, and the carbon dioxide gas can be selectively supplied to the draft beer supply tube (149); a cleaning water supply part (150) configured to supply the cleaning water to the cleaning helper (200); and a draft beer tap (300) provided at an end portion of the rapid cooling device (110), enabling the draft beer or bubbles to be selectively discharged to the outside, and having a draft beer moving elastic tube (333) which has an inner diameter allowing movement of a cleaning ball therein and is compressed or restored to the initial inner diameter to regulate a draft beer passage.
