Abstract:
An easily-embedded magnetic switch sensor, comprising a sensor body (1), a notch being provided on the sensor body (1), and a screw (2), a metal gasket (3) and a nut (4) being assembled on the notch. Two ends of the metal gasket (3) are fixed on the sensor body (1), and the screw (2) passes through the metal gasket (3) and is connected to the nut (4); the side surfaces of the notch of the sensor body (1) are recessed towards two ends of the sensor body (1) to form recesses (5); two sides of the nut (4) protrude outwards to form clamping bosses (6); the recesses (5) can just accommodate the clamping bosses (6); and the sensor body (1) has a "U"-shaped cross section. For a mounting structure of the easily-embedded magnetic switch sensor, a sensor body (1) is mounted on a base (8); the upper surface of the base (8) is provided with a groove (7); when the clamping bosses (6) are screwed out with the screw (2) to be exactly pressed against the side walls of the base (8), the clamping bosses (6) are tightly pressed against the side walls of the groove (7) of the base (8), and at the same time, the bottom of the sensor body (1) is pressed downwards so as to be tightly pressed against the bottom of the groove (7) of the base (8). The sensor and the mounting structure thereof are simple to mount and reliable in positioning, and have a better fastening effect.
