Abstract:
Disclosed is a piece of easily-installed garden fitness equipment, the equipment comprising a fixing frame, wherein an installing plate is arranged on an inner side face of the fixing frame, an installing stud is arranged on the upper surface of the installing plate, a fixing strip is arranged on the left surface of the fixing frame, a rotating disc is arranged on the upper side of the left end of the fixing strip, the rotating disc is fixedly connected to the fixing strip by means of a rotating shaft, a first support column is arranged on the left side of the upper surface of the fixing frame, an O-shaped handrail is arranged on the left side of the upper end of the first support column, and the right surface of the O-shaped handrail is fixedly connected to the first support column by means of a connecting column. The easily-installed garden fitness equipment has a firm structure, is stable and durable, and combines fitness facilities, reducing the area occupied by fitness facilities. The waist, arms and legs of a user can be exercised on one fitness facility, thereby bringing about convenience of use. In addition, a fixed column and a fixed disc are buried underground, and the installing plate is installed above the ground by means of the installing stud, so that installation is facilitated, installation is firm, and fitness safety is high.
