Abstract:
An edible poultry mean weight calculation and shipment management system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a weight measurement device which is provided inside a poultry house and which measures the weight of the edible poultry in real time by using a load cell; a weight and shipment prediction server receiving weight data measured in real time from the weight measurement device so as to derive the mean weight of the edible poultry, and using the derived mean weight so as to predict a shipping date; and a monitoring unit for receiving the derived mean weight and the predicted shipping date from the weight and shipment prediction server, wherein the weight and shipment prediction server collects a plurality of piece of weight data, densifies the collected plurality of pieces of weight data so as to derive the mean weight of the edible poultry, and uses the derived mean weight so as to predict the shipping date.
