Abstract:
An efficient cleaning fluid purification device, comprising a water tray (1), a liquid storage tank (5), and a liquid return tank (6). The liquid storage tank (5) and the liquid return tank (6) are fixed on the water tray (1); a liquid to be purified inlet (7) is provided at the top of the liquid return tank (6); the liquid storage tank (5) is communicated with the liquid return tank (6) by means of a vortex generation device; the vortex generation device generates a vortex inside the liquid storage tank (5); the bottom of the liquid storage tank (5) is connected to an inlet of a second water pump (12) by means of a pipe; an outlet of the second water pump (12) is connected to an inlet of a second filter (11); and an outlet of the second filter (11) is connected to a purified liquid discharge pipe. The vortex generation device generates the vortex inside the liquid storage tank (5), and therefore, oil with lighter specific gravity would gather on a liquid surface in the form of a vortex, which is convenient for an oil skimmer to skim oil, thereby greatly improving the oil skimming efficiency. Moreover, swirling liquid may allow for small particle impurities to be smoothly discharged from the liquid storage tank (5), thereby preventing small particles from depositing at the bottom of the liquid storage tank (5) to form a solidified layer.
