Abstract:
An efficient starter motor capable of quickly achieving dip coating, comprising an armature core and an armature coil. A plurality of wiring slots are circumferentially provided on the armature core; the armature coil is in a "U" shape; straight parts at two ends of the armature coil are respectively provided in two wiring slots, and a center angle of the armature core with respect to the two wiring slots is 85° to 95°; an insulating paper is provided between the armature coil and the wiring slots; the insulating paper is in a "C" shape; an opening of the C-shaped insulating paper faces an opening side of the wiring slots; the gap between the insulating paper and the armature coil is filled with insulating paint. The beneficial effects of the present invention are: the insulating paper is in the "C" shape, such that the insulating paint can achieve a filling rate of up to 90% in 5 to 8 seconds, and the density of the insulating paint at all segments is uniform; and when the power of the starter motor is unchanged, torque is improved to a certain extent, and the starting performance of the starter motor is also improved.
