Abstract:
An efficient starting motor with a built-in reinforcing ring. The efficient starting motor comprises a stator assembly and a rotor assembly, wherein the rotor assembly comprises an armature core, an armature coil and the reinforcing ring, the armature core being provided with a plurality of wiring grooves, the armature coil being U-shaped, two end portions of an open end of the armature coil penetrating the wiring grooves, a closed end portion of the armature coil being located on an outer side of the wiring groove, the reinforcing ring being arranged on an armature shaft, the reinforcing ring being located inside the closed end of the armature coil, and the closed end of the armature coil being filled with insulating paint. Due to the built-in reinforcing ring, a space is provided for increasing the diameter of the armature coil, a conductive wire of the armature coil can be closer to a magnet exciting coil in the stator assembly toward the outside, a force arm of the armature coil for driving the rotor assembly to rotate is increased, a driving force of the armature coil can be further increased, and with the constant power of the starting motor, the output torque can be increased by at least 15%, and the starting performance of the starting motor can be greatly improved.
