Title:
EJECTOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/179321
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An ejector wherein a passage-forming member (35) formed in a conical shape is arranged inside a body (30) in which an inflow space (30a) for allowing the inflow of a high-pressure refrigerant is formed, thereby forming a nozzle passage (13a) having an annular cross section and functioning as a nozzle, and a diffuser passage (13c) having an annular cross section and functioning as a pressure-boosting part. Furthermore, a shaft (38) extending toward the inflow-space side and slidably supported in the body is coupled to the passage-forming member. The ejector is additionally provided with a pressure-receiving part (38a) which, when the load received by the passage-forming member due to the refrigerant pressure inside the inflow space is defined as a first load (Pw1), receives a second load (Pw2) in a direction cancelling out the first load on the shaft. Thus, it is possible to prevent fluctuations in the first load from influencing displacement of the passage-forming member. Thus, regardless of load fluctuations in a refrigeration cycle device to which the ejector is applied, the passage cross-sectional area of an internally formed refrigerant passage can be changed appropriately.
