Abstract:
An EL display panel is provided with an EL part and a thin-film semiconductor part. The EL part contains a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and a light-emitting layer. The thin-film semiconductor part is equipped with: a substrate; a gate electrode; a gate insulating film; a semiconductor layer; a first electrode; a second electrode; an interlayer insulating film; a gate wiring (21) positioned on the interlayer insulating film; a power wiring (23) positioned on the interlayer insulating film in parallel to the gate wiring (21) and in the same layer as the gate wiring (21); and an auxiliary wiring (25) positioned on the interlayer insulating film in parallel to the gate wiring (21) and the power wiring (23) and in the same layer as the gate wiring (21) and the power wiring (23).
