Abstract:
An elastic sheet and a manufacturing method therefor, comprising an upper substrate (1), a lower substrate (2) and an elastic film (3). The upper substrate (1) and the lower substrate (2) are breathable sheets; fastening points (4) are fixedly formed between the upper substrate (1), the elastic film (3) and the lower substrate (2); the fastening points (4) are distributed to form a plurality of partition lines (F); the partition lines (F) are arranged at intervals in a transverse direction; at least one cutting unit (6) is arranged between two adjacent partition lines (F); each cutting unit (6) comprises an elongated upper cutting portion (61) arranged for vertical cutting, an elongated lower cutting portion (62) arranged for vertical cutting, a left cutting portion (63) located on the left side of the upper cutting portion (61) for vertical cutting, and a right cutting portion (64) located on the right side of the lower cutting portion (62) for vertical cutting. The air permeability of an elastic sheet can be improved, and good comfort is provided.
