Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of disposable hygienic products, and in particular to an elastic waistline non-woven fabric, comprising an upper non-woven fabric, a lower non-woven fabric, and an elastic film. Fastening points are formed among the upper non-woven fabric, the elastic film, and the lower non-woven fabric; the fastening points enclose to form a plurality of cutting areas; at least one cutting unit is provided in each cutting area; the cutting unit is formed by ultrasonic welding; each cutting unit cuts the upper non-woven fabric, the lower non-woven fabric, and the elastic film; when the upper non-woven fabric and the lower non-woven fabric are in a flat state, the cutting unit forms air-permeable holes on the elastic film; each air-permeable hole is flat in a stretched state; the upper non-woven fabric layer and the lower non-woven fabric layer are bonded at the cutting units, and air-permeable through holes are formed in the middles of the bonding portions; and each air-permeable hole surrounds each air-permeable through hole. The present invention solves the technical problem that an existing elastic non-woven fabric is insufficient in air permeability and thus cannot provide good comfort. Also provided is a production method for an elastic waistband non-woven fabric.
