Abstract:
This elastomeric piezoelectric element (10) comprises a plurality of unit layers (11) disposed along the thickness direction (X) of the elastomeric piezoelectric element (10). Each of the unit layers (11) comprises: a sheet-shaped dielectric part (12) made from a dielectric elastomer; an electrode part (13) made from an electroconductive elastomer and disposed on a part of a first surface (12a) of the dielectric part (12); and an insulating part (14) made from an insulating elastomer and provided in at least a portion of the periphery of the electrode part (13)so that the thickness of the unit layer (11) in portions where the electrode part (13) is not provided approaches the thickness of the unit layer (11) in portions where electrode parts are (13) provided.
