Abstract:

This electric device for defibrillation is controlled such that at or after a timing at which a first time interval (T1) which is the time interval from an event (En) estimated as an nth R wave in an electrocardiographic waveform (50) to an event (En+1) estimated as an n+1th R wave exceeds a first predetermined time and the rise time from when the height of the waveform of the event (En+1) estimated as the n+1th R wave exceeds a first predetermined value (C1) to when the height reaches a second predetermined value (C2) is a third predetermined time or less, a permission signal for the event (En+1) estimated as the n+1th R wave is generated from a permission signal generation unit, and that when the first time interval (T1) is the first predetermined time or less or the rise time of the event (En+1) estimated as the n+1th R wave exceeds the third predetermined time, a permission signal for an event (En+2) estimated as an n+2th R wave is generated from the permission signal generation unit at or after a timing at which a second time interval (T2) which is the time interval from the event (En) estimated as the nth R wave in the electrocardiographic waveform (50) to the event (En+2) estimated as the n+2th R wave exceeds the second predetermined time and the rise time from when the height of the waveform of the event (En+2) estimated as the n+2th R wave exceeds the first predetermined value (C1) to when the height reaches the second predetermined value (C2) is the third predetermined time or less.
