Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable prescribed injection operations and pressure-increasing operations by reducing the size and weight of an electric die casting machine and to not need to control the ON and OFF operation of a power auxiliary clutch. An electric die casting machine is provided with a screw shaft (5) held in a rotatable manner, a nut body (7) threadably mounted on the screw shaft (5) so as to be able to move forward and backward, an injection plunger (9) which moves forward or backward in conjunction with the forward and backward movement of the nut body (7), an injection electric servo motor (10) and a pressure-increasing electric servo motor (11) which rotate and drive the screw shaft (5), and a one-way clutch (12) disposed between the screw shaft (5) and the pressure-increasing electric servo motor (11), wherein when decelerating the injection electric servo motor (10) during a high-speed injection step, the pressure-increasing electric servo motor (11) is started up, the rotational force of the pressure-increasing electric servo motor (11) is transferred to the screw shaft (5) via the one-way clutch (12), and a pressure-increasing step is carried out following the injection step.
