Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a power conversion switching circuit-side heat radiation portion (15A) and a power supply circuit-side heat radiation portion (15B), which are formed on an end surface portion of a motor housing (11) on the side opposite to an output shaft portion (14) of a rotation shaft of an electric motor. A power conversion switching circuit board, on which a power conversion switching circuit unit (16) obtained by providing, in a package, an upper arm-side switching element and a lower arm-side switching element that form a power conversion circuit unit is mounted, is attached to the power conversion switching circuit-side heat radiation portion (15A) such that heat can be released; and a power supply circuit board, on which the power conversion circuit unit excluding the upper arm-side switching element and the lower arm-side switching element, and a power supply circuit unit are mounted, is attached to the power supply circuit-side heat radiation portion (15B) such that heat can be released.
