Abstract:
Provided are various useful IC-related applications using an all-solid lithium secondary battery. For example, provided is an integrated circuit (IC) power source that is equipped with an all-solid lithium secondary battery having a positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer, and a negative electrode layer, wherein the all-solid lithium secondary battery itself functions as a bypass capacitor, and thus a temporarily increased peak current can be supplied in addition to a steady-state current.
