Abstract:
The present invention relates to: an electric field and vibration generating transducer comprising a high strain piezoelectric; and a method for manufacturing same. The electric field and vibration generating transducer according to the present invention uses a high strain piezoelectric having a high piezoelectric constant (d33=1,000-6,000 pC/N), a high dielectric constant (K3 T=6,000-15,000), and a low dielectric loss (tan δ<2%) to achieve excellent vibration generating characteristics in a high-efficiency and low-voltage driving electric field and vibration generating transducer, and can reduce the unit cost of production through miniaturization. Therefore, the electric field and vibration generating transducer promotes material transport, chemical activity, and biological reactions, and can be applied to medical devices for treating tumors in humans and animals.
