Abstract:
[Problem] To improve the insulation performance of an electric motor. [Solution] An electric motor comprising a stator core 100 having teeth 101 to 112 extending radially with respect to the rotation axis of a rotor and sequentially arranged along the circumferential direction of the rotor, a three-phase winding 300 being wound around a plurality of teeth that differ for each phase, wherein individual phase windings 301, 302, 303 are wound every three teeth in the circumferential direction of the rotor, crossover wires U1-2, U2-3, U3-4 between the teeth around which the U phase winding 301 is wound are arranged close to an inverter chamber side end surface 100A, and crossover wires V1-2, V2-3, V3-4 between the teeth around which the V phase winding 302 is wound and crossover wires W1-2, W2-3, W3-4{ between the teeth around which the W phase winding 303 is wound are arranged close to a back pressure chamber side end surface 100B on the opposite side to the inverter chamber side end surface 100A.
