Abstract:
This electric wire pressure-contact structure (1) is equipped with: an electric wire holder (5) for retaining electric wires (3, 3); and a housing (11) in which bus bars (9, 9) having pressure-contact blades (7, 7) are housed. Lock sections (13, 13) comprise parts to be locked (35, 35) that are provided on the electric wire holder (5) and locking parts (33, 33) that are provided on the housing (11). The electric wire holder (5) has protrusions (19, 19) and a recess (23) in each retaining groove (15), said protrusions (19, 19) being for pressing the electric wire (3) into pressure-contact with the pressure-contact blades (7), and said recess (23) forming a bent section (21) on the electric wire (3) when the electric wire is pressed by the protrusions (19, 19). The length (L) from the apex of the protrusions (19, 19) to the bottom of the recess (23) is set to be longer than gaps (L2) that are formed in the lock sections (13) when the parts to be locked (35, 35) are loosely fitted to the locking parts (33, 33) and that are between the part to be locked (35) and the locking part (33) on the side from which the electric wire holder (5) would separate from the housing (11).
