Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an electric work machine in which a battery is easily attached and detached. [Solution] Provided is an electric work machine 1, the electric working machine comprising: a body 2 having a battery housing recessed section 40 that opens upward on an upper side; and a battery 20 housed in the battery housing recessed section. A protruding section 108 protruding forward is provided to an upper section of a front end of the battery. A gripping section is provided to a rear end of the battery. A support surface 36, for supporting a lower surface of the protruding section at least when the battery is taken out at the battery housing recessed section, is provided at the upper end of the front edge of the battery housing recessed section.
