Abstract:
An electrical heating module (2) and an electrical heater. The electrical heating module (2) comprises a heating container (21). The heating container (21) comprises: a base (211), the base (211) being provided with a water inlet (2111) and a water outlet (2112); an inner tube (212), the inner tube (212) being mounted on the base (211), one tube opening of the inner tube (212) being communicated with the water inlet (2111); an outer tube (213), the outer tube (213) being sleeved on the outer side of the inner tube (212) and mounted on the base (211), one tube opening of the outer tube (213) being communicated with the water outlet (2112); a stopper (214), the stopper (214) sealably blocking the other tube opening of the outer tube (213); and at least one electrical heating film (22), the electrical heating film (22) being provided on the outer tube (213).
