Abstract:
This electrical resistor (1) is provided with: a particle continuum (10) formed of a plurality of conductive particles (100) that are linked to each other; and a matrix (11) situated around the particle continuum (10). The particle continuum (10) has surface joint parts (101) formed through joining the surfaces of the conductive particles (100). Silicon particles may be preferably used as the conductive particles (100). It is preferable for the surface joint parts (101) to have an average borderline length of at least 0.5 μm.
