Abstract:
The purpose of this invention is to suppress hunting in which an opening degree of a speed governor valve is repeatedly increased and decreased in a valve opening degree range where the opening degree of the speed governor valve is close to fully open, thereby achieving a stable valve opening degree control. This electricity generating system is provided with a steam turbine driven by steam generated by exhaust gas, a speed governor valve that controls the amount of steam supplied to the steam turbine, and an electric generator connected to the steam turbine. This electricity generating system control device is provided with a load capacitance value calculating unit (70a) that calculates a load capacitance value of the electric generator using at least one of the steam condition and the speed governor valve opening degree. The load capacitance value calculating unit (70a) calculates the load capacitance value that makes the increase width or the increase rate of the load capacitance value in a prescribed opening degree range where the opening degree of the speed governor valve is set close to fully open smaller than in another opening degree range of the speed governor valve.
