Abstract:
Provided are a liquid crystal device capable of improving electrical reliability, a liquid crystal device manufacturing method, and an electronic device. The liquid crystal device comprises a first substrate (10a), a thin-film transistor (TFT) (30) positioned above the first substrate (10a), a capacitive element (16) that is connected to the TFT (30) and has an insulating film sandwiched between a pair of electrodes, first wiring (16a1) that is electrically connected to one electrode of the pair of electrodes, second wiring (16c1) that is electrically connected to the other electrode of the pair of electrodes, a contact hole (CNT71) for electrically connecting the first wiring (16a1) to a pixel electrode (27), and a contact hole (CNT72) positioned above the second wiring (16c1). The contact holes (CNT71, CNT72) are disposed on a pixel insulating film (11e) positioned between the pixel electrode (27), the first wiring (16a1) and the second wiring (16c1).
