This electrochemical cell device comprises an electrochemical cell and a support member. The support member has a first portion that is positioned on the upstream side in a first direction in which a reaction gas flows, and a second portion that is positioned downstream of the first portion in the first direction. The first portion and the second portion have different infrared reflectances.
