Abstract:
This invention makes it possible for a flow-type measurement device to use a simple configuration to accurately measure an electrochemical characteristic value such as pH even if, for example, there is only a small amount of sample liquid. This electrochemical measurement unit is characterized by comprising a storage part that is provided on a flow path through which a sample liquid flows, has an introduction opening for introducing the sample liquid and a discharge opening for discharging the sample liquid, and is for storing the sample liquid, and a composite electrode for measuring an electrochemical characteristic of the sample liquid stored in the storage part, and in that the introduction opening is provided so as to be positioned below the discharge opening and a sensitive part of the composite electrode is provided so as to be positioned below the discharge opening in the storage part.
