Abstract:
This sensor unit that is mounted on a vehicle comprises a front left LiDAR, a housing (121) that houses the front left LiDAR, and a front left sensor cleaner that is attached to the housing (121). The front left sensor cleaner has air nozzles (131, 132) that jet air at a transmissive cover (125) (surface to be cleaned) corresponding to the front left LiDAR, and a liquid nozzle (133) that jets a cleaning liquid at the transmissive cover (125). The air nozzles (131, 132) are positioned above the liquid nozzle (133). The air jetting direction from each air nozzle (131, 132) is a direction that is parallel to the horizontal direction, or a direction that is more downward-trending than the horizontal direction, and the cleaning liquid jetting direction from the liquid nozzle (133) is a direction that is more upward-trending than the horizontal direction.
