Abstract:
Provided is an electrochemical sensor unit comprising a working electrode and a counter electrode, wherein the working electrode includes: a diamond film that causes a redox reaction on the surface thereof when a voltage is applied between the working electrode and the counter electrode; and a support formed of a material different from diamond and supporting the diamond film, the width of the surface of the support on the opposite side from the surface contacting the diamond film is smaller than the width of the diamond film when viewed from the side of the working electrode, and a liquid test sample is supplied to the working electrode from the side of the diamond film.
