Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electrode assembly manufacturing method and an electrode assembly manufacturing apparatus. The electrode assembly manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises: a first combination step for combining a first electrode on an upper portion of a first separation film to form a first combination; and a second combination step for combining a second electrode on an upper portion of a second separation film and then combining the second electrode with the first combination such that the second electrode faces the first electrode through the first separation film, to form a second combination, wherein the first combination step includes: a first electrode cutting step for moving the first electrode in an X-axis direction which is a proceeding direction, and cutting the first electrode into a plurality of pieces in a predetermined size; a first electrode transfer step for transferring the cut first electrode; a primary first electrode position detection step for measuring a Y-axis position, which is the width direction of the first electrode positioned on the first electrode transfer step; a first separation film meandering correction step for moving, in an Y-axis, the first separation film transferred in the proceeding direction to correspond to the Y-axis position of the first electrode detected through the primary first electrode position detection step to correct the first separation film; a first stacking step for stacking the first electrode on the upper portion of the first separation film having the position corrected through the first separation film meandering correction step; and a first bonding step for bonding the stacked first electrode to the first separation film by applying heat and pressure.
