Abstract:
An electrode for a capacitor, said electrode including a conductive substrate, and flake-like carbon that is electrically connected to the conductive substrate, that has an oxygen content of less than 5 mass%, and that has a three-dimensional structure, wherein the oxygen content of the flake-like carbon is preferably less than 2.6 mass%, and a log differential pore volume distribution of the electrode for a capacitor measured using a mercury porosimeter may have a maximum peak in the range of 0.3 μm to 6 μm, inclusive.
