Abstract:
An electrode wire rolling and machining apparatus used for electrical discharge machining, comprising a bell jar furnace (1) and a rolling device (6), wherein the interior of the bell jar furnace (1) is provided with a payoff rack (3), the rolling device (6), and a retrieval rack (5); the payoff rack (3) and the retrieval rack (5) are respectively located at two sides of the rolling device (6); the rotating shaft of the payoff rack (3) and that of the retrieval rack (5) are provided at the vertical direction and parallel to each other; the rolling device (6) comprises at least two pairs of rolling wheels (7) mounted on a rolling rack (8); the rolling wheels (7) are provided in pairs one above the other and have opposite rotation directions; the rolling space of a single electrode wire (9) is formed between each pair of rolling wheels (7); each rolling wheel (7) contacts and rolls the surface of the electrode wire (9) when the rolling wheel rotates. The electrode wire rolling and machining apparatus used for electrical discharge machining is simple and convenient to operate, and has high production efficiency.
