Abstract:
The present invention pertains to an electrolytic capacitor comprising: a porous positive electrode body; a positive electrode wire having an embedded part embedded in the positive electrode body and a protrusion part protruding to the outside of the positive electrode body; a dielectric layer formed on the surface of the positive electrode body; a negative electrode part that at least partially covers the dielectric layer; a positive electrode terminal electrically connected to the positive electrode wire; and a negative electrode terminal electrically connected to the negative electrode part. At least one corner part that is demarked by three mutually-intersecting edges of the positive electrode body is chamfered by an intersecting surface intersecting the respective three edges. The protrusion part protrudes from the intersecting surface. The protrusion part is connected to the positive electrode terminal.
