Abstract:
The present invention provides an electrolytic capacitor 1 which comprises: a capacitor element 90 that comprises a valve-acting metal base material 10 which has a positive electrode terminal region a and a negative electrode formation region b, a dielectric layer 20 which is formed on the negative electrode formation region b, a solid electrolyte layer 40 which is formed on the dielectric layer 20, and a conductive layer 50 which is formed on the solid electrolyte layer 40; and a sealing material 60 that seals the capacitor element 90. With respect to this electrolytic capacitor 1, the sealing material 60 contains a first resin 61 and particles 62 of a second resin which has a higher water vapor transmission rate than the first resin 61 at 40°C and 90% RH.
