Abstract:
A gas-barrier laminate according to the present invention comprises a substrate layer that contains a thermoplastic resin, a deposition layer, and a gas-barrier coating layer in this order. In a surface of the gas-barrier coating layer, the ratio (Si/C) between silicon atoms and carbon atoms is 0.25-0.90, and the half width of a peak that appears in the region of a binding energy of 100-107 eV in a narrow spectrum of an Si2p track is not more than 1.85 eV, when a quantitative elemental analysis is carried out with respect to the surface of the gas-barrier coating layer by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
