Abstract:
An electromagnetic coupling control device (100) is provided with: a ground conductor (110); a plurality of first conductor patches (121) disposed in a first conductor layer parallel to the ground conductor (110), the plurality of first conductor patches (121) being disposed on a plane formed by the first conductor layer; and a first conductor rod (122) connecting each of the plurality of first conductor patches (121) with the ground conductor (110). The electromagnetic coupling control device (1) is further provided with: a plurality of second conductor patches (123) disposed in a second conductor layer which is parallel to the ground conductor (110) and is positioned between the ground conductor (110) and the first conductor layer, the plurality of second conductor patches (123) being disposed on a plane formed by the second conductor layer so that each of the plurality of first conductor patches (121) corresponds to a plurality of the second conductor patches (123); and a second conductor rod (124) connecting each of the plurality of second conductor patches (123) with the corresponding first conductor patches (121).
