Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a vehicle state data acquisition unit (111) that acquires vehicle state data; a vehicle data acquisition unit (112) that acquires vehicle data; a data determination unit (121) that performs a determination, based on the vehicle data, of whether the vehicle state data is normal recording data recorded during normal operation, or event recording data recorded when an abnormality has occurred in the vehicle; and a data recording control unit (13) that, based on the determination result determined by the data determination unit (121) of whether the vehicle state data is normal recording data or event recording data, records the vehicle state data in a first recording physical area (211) among a plurality of recording physical areas, or in a second recording physical area (221) in which wear leveling is performed independently of the first recording physical area (211).
