Abstract:

An electromagnetic wave absorber 1a comprises a resistance layer 10, a reflector 30, and a dielectric layer 20. The reflector 30 reflects electromagnetic waves. The dielectric layer 20 is disposed between the resistance layer 10 and the reflector 30 in the thickness direction of the resistance layer 10. In air, a transmitted wave that is generated when a predetermined electromagnetic wave E passes through the resistance layer 10 has a phase difference Δφ of -1° or less compared to the electromagnetic wave E traveling in air where the resistance layer 10 does not exist.
