Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an electron generating means having a circuit that is not liable to become damaged, and which generates electrons in a stable state. To provide a combustion promoting means and a moving body containing the electron generating means. [Solution] This electron generating means for generating electrons is configured to rectify alternating-current power from a power source in advance, by means of a rectifier circuit, prior to flowing to a booster circuit, in such a way that an electric current flows only when a first terminal of the rectifier circuit is at a negative potential, and to generate electrons only from one terminal on a secondary side of the booster circuit. The combustion promoting means is configured to cause electrons to be supplied to an internal combustion engine, thereby causing fuel particles to be attracted by electrostatic attraction to a surrounding metal portion forming a fuel combustion space, and promoting vaporization of the fuel particles.
