Abstract:
An electron irradiation-based egg and vegetable sterilization and disinfection system and a use method thereof. In view of the problems that the existing food sterilization methods are long in working procedure time, high in cost, and not easy to achieve automation, the following solutions are proposed. The system comprises an electron beam source irradiation module, a material conveying module, a material tumbling module, and a support module. The electron beam source irradiation module comprises an electron beam source and a plurality of accelerator devices. Each accelerator device comprises a cathode structure, an anode structure, a filament, and an anode window. The electron beam source the filament and a mounting structure. The filament is mounted on the cathode structure by means of the mounting structure, and the filament emits an electron beam. The material tumbling module comprises a first tumbling roller, a second tumbling roller, and a third tumbling roller. Also disclosed is a working method of the electron irradiation-based egg and vegetable sterilization and disinfection system.
