Abstract:
An electronic atomizer and an assembly method therefor, which can reduce the assembly time required for an electronic atomizer, thereby improving the assembly efficiency. The electronic atomizer comprises: a jacket layer (1), an atomization module (2), a battery module (3), a conductive gasket (4), conductive connecting members (5), and a housing. One side of the jacket layer (1) is fixedly connected to the atomization module (2), and the other side is fixedly connected to the battery module (3). A tab of the battery module (3) is fixedly connected to the conductive gasket (4). The atomization module (2) is provided with a first positioning recess, and a connecting terminal of the atomization module (2) is located in the first positioning recess. The jacket layer (1) is provided with through holes. The conductive connecting members (5) pass through the through holes, one end of each conductive connecting member (5) is connected to the conductive gasket (4), and the other end thereof is located in the first positioning recess, and abuts against and is in contact and connection with the connecting terminal of the atomization module (2), so that the battery module (3) is electrically connected to the atomization module (2) by means of the conductive connecting members (5) and the conductive gasket (4). The housing is sleeved and fixed outside the atomization module (2), the battery module (3) and the jacket layer (1).
