Abstract:
The present invention provides a neodymium-iron-boron bonded magnet, a preparation method therefor, and a motor. The preparation method comprises: step S1, mixing a phenolic resin, a curing agent, and neodymium-iron-boron magnetic powder under a heating condition to obtain mixed rubber powder; step S2, mixing the mixed rubber powder with a lubricant, and pressing the mixture to obtain a magnet pressed compact, wherein the content of the phenolic resin in the magnet pressed compact is 2.5-6.0 wt%, the content of the curing agent is 0.25-0.6 wt%, the content of the neodymium-iron-boron magnetic powder is 93.3-97.15 wt%, and the content of the lubricant is 0.1-0.2 wt%; and step S3, performing staged heat curing on the magnet pressed compact to obtain the neodymium-iron-boron bonded magnet, wherein the staged heat curing comprises 2 to 4 stages of step-by-step heat curing, the temperature of the staged heat curing is 105-195°C, and the time is 30-60 min. The strength of the obtained neodymium-iron-boron bonded magnet is greater than 120 MPa, and the neodymium-iron-boron bonded magnet can pass a continuous operation test of a motor at 80,000 rpm.
