Abstract:
Provided are an electronic-business-transaction support system which makes it possible for an ordering party to easily order a product or a service, an electronic-business-transaction support method, and an advertising medium. This electronic-business-transaction support system (10) connects an ordering-party terminal device (20) and an electronic-business-transaction support device (30) via the internet (W). By using the ordering-party terminal device (20) to read product/service identification information from a 2D barcode (Q) displayed on an advertising medium such as a flyer (C) and transmitting said identification information to the address of the electronic-business-transaction support device (30) over a network, it is possible to order a product or service on the basis of the ordering screen from the electronic-business-transaction support device (30). Accordingly, cumbersome operations such as placing the product to be ordered into a cart and performing payment processing are unnecessary. In addition, the electronic-business-transaction support system (10) does not require the provision of a payment process on the homepage of the selling party, which may simply provide a page introducing the product or service, because the electronic-business-transaction support device (30) provided by the electronic-business-transaction company performs the payment processing.
