According to an embodiment, an electronic device comprises: a housing; an assembly frame in the housing; a printed circuit board disposed on the assembly frame; a transducer which is disposed on the printed circuit board and includes a diaphragm; a shield can including a top plate which is disposed in a direction in which a first surface of the diaphragm of the transducer faces and includes a first acoustic port, and sidewalls extending from the top plate to the printed circuit board and surrounding at least the transducer; a first chamber defined by the top plate and the sidewalls of the shield can and the printed circuit board; a second chamber defined by a first through hole formed in the printed circuit board and aligned with a second surface of the diaphragm, and a second through hole formed in the assembly frame and aligned with the first through hole; and at least one damping member, at least a portion of which is disposed within the second chamber, wherein at least one of the first chamber or the second chamber is connected to the outside of the housing, and the diaphragm can vibrate in response to the sound of the outside of the housing , the sound propagating through at least one of the first chamber or the second chamber.
