Abstract:
The electronic device comprises a memory and a processor connected to the memory so as to control the electronic device, wherein the processor can: identify a plurality of consultation ending histories from among a plurality of consultation histories stored in the memory, each of the plurality of consultation ending histories indicating consultation that failed to respond to a user query; identify a first user query on the basis of the plurality of consultation ending histories if the ratio of the plurality of consultation ending histories to the plurality of consultation histories is greater than or equal to a critical ratio; and obtain an answer to the first user query if the number of second user queries, which are similar to the identified first user query, is greater than or equal to a first threshold number.
